First, you will be greeted warmly and openly by our front desk staff, whose goal is to put you at ease and make you feel at home. Our waiting area is clean, comfortable, and relaxing to further alleviate any tension or anxiety you may be feeling about going to the dentist.
Short Wait Times
Then, you will be ushered into your exam room quickly and efficiently, with the minimal waiting time. You will be guided to one of our state-of-the-art exam suites where you will be seated in a comfortable and relaxing dental exam chair.
If your appointment is for a routine cleaning, the dental hygienist will be there to start the cleaning process promptly and efficiently. Our staff is known for being warm and friendly, so they will immediately put you at ease with a happy welcome and a clear explanation of the services they are going to perform. If it’s your first appointment with us or it’s been a while since your last visit, they will probably ask if they can take some x-rays so we can get a better idea of your oral health.
Dentist Consultation
After your cleaning, you typically will receive a visit from one of our dentists who, after consulting with the dental hygienist and examining your x-rays, will take a few moments to speak with you about your oral health overall as well as any specific issues you may be experiencing.
Then, if there are problems that need to be addressed, we will collaborate with you to develop an action plan to resolve them as quickly, painlessly, and efficiently as possible. If another appointment is required, we will schedule one that is conveniently based on your availability.
